As a Senior Product Designer at BMC, you will play a crucial role in leading product design to create exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the product design to deliver innovative and high-quality product experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations. - Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. - Championing innovative design thinking within the team to drive the development of groundbreaking design solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements. - Conducting user research and testing to understand user needs and validate design solutions. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts. - Conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of work. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design. - Working closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended. - Building strong relationships with stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design throughout the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and impact. - Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. - Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
