As a UI/UX Design Lead, your role involves leading end-to-end design processes for web, mobile, and digital platforms. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Your responsibilities also include translating business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. It is crucial for you to define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders is essential to align design with product strategy. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Ensuring designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices is also part of your role. You will be presenting design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field. - 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (preferably in product-based companies). - Proven experience leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences. - Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and innovative interfaces. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics) is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
