Sr Product Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in leading the design processes for web, mobile, and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design processes by translating business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to make informed design decisions. - Defining and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product strategy. - Mentoring and guiding junior designers to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration. - Ensuring all designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. - Presenting design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner. - Staying updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and UI/UX best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field. - 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in product-based companies. - Proven experience in leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences. - Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. - A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, problem-solving, and innovative interfaces. - Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React basics is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.,
