To accelerate our journey, we are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Lead to design,

execute, and scale a world-class sourcing and supply chain ecosystem for our hardware

business.

Your Role

You will own the procurement strategy for our BMS and ESS product lines – from

semiconductors and PCBs to power devices, connectors, and sensors – ensuring cost

competitiveness, reliability, and compliance. This role demands someone who thrives at the

intersection of technology, negotiation, and supply chain innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Vendor Development

- Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers across semiconductors (NXP, TI, Infineon), PCBs,

connectors, relays, sensors, and EV-grade components.

- Build long-term supplier relationships with OEMs and distributors (DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet,

Future Electronics).

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times to ensure competitive advantage.

- Develop dual/alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.

Operational Excellence

- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQs, POs, logistics, customs, and vendor payments.

- Collaborate with Hardware & R&D; teams to align sourcing with BOM outputs from Altium/OrCAD.

- Maintain inventory planning for prototype, pilot, and mass-production stages.

- Implement procurement KPIs – cost, lead time, on-time delivery, quality metrics.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure supplier and material compliance with BIS, AIS-038, AIS-156, ISO 26262, RoHS, REACH.

- Conduct supplier audits, factory visits, and quality checks.

- Drive supplier alignment with automotive-grade standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

Systems & Process Leadership

- Implement ERP/MRP systems for procurement workflows (SAP, Odoo, Zoho or equivalent).

- Standardize procurement documentation, cost dashboards, and vendor rating systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial). MBA in

Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.

- 5–8 years of procurement/supply chain experience in Electronics, Automotive, or Energy Systems.

- Proven experience in sourcing semiconductors, PCBs, sensors, connectors, relays, and EV-grade

components.

- Deep familiarity with hardware BOMs and engineering-driven procurement.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with global distributors & OEMs.

- Hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP tools and cost optimization frameworks.

- Understanding of EV/ESS regulatory standards is a strong advantage.
