Procurement Manager

Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of a wide portfolio of SKUs across multiple categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic procurement, vendor management, and ERP systems, preferably from e-commerce, FMCG, or retail industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies for managing a high volume of SKUs across diverse product categories. Lead end-to-end procurement processes including demand forecasting, purchase planning, supplier negotiations, and order management. Monitor and analyze SKU-level consumption and trends to optimize inventory levels and minimize holding costs. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and on-time deliveries. Coordinate with operations, inventory control, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems and continuously enhance data integrity for better decision-making. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to create a reliable, responsive, and cost-effective supply chain. Track market trends and commodity pricing to proactively adapt procurement strategies and mitigate supply chain risks. Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements in procurement operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, particularly in managing large and complex SKU portfolios. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and procurement software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Candidate Profile Immediate joiners.
