Role Description

Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans in coordination with project and QS teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal value and performance.
• Oversee preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Track procurement costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance metrics.
• Maintain transparent documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Generate periodic procurement MIS reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  procurement for building construction

  (residential, commercial, or institutional).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and market dynamics.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and ERP systems (e.g., Tally ERP, Odoo, BuildSmart or equivalent).
• High integrity, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
