Job Description

As a Procurement Manager, your role involves developing an effective and efficient vendor network for all direct and indirect purchases. You will track and report key financial metrics to identify ways to reduce costs and improve effectiveness. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will define policies and processes for requirement documentation. - Identify vendors in countries outside India, particularly for Sports goods imports - Conduct thorough vendor analysis to identify credible and reliable sources for all types of Sports goods - Develop strong working relationships between vendors and the organization - Define processes and policies for import-related activities, including PO terms and conditions and rate contracts - Participate in other procurement activities for ad-hoc materials and services as required - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness - Proven experience in procurement management - Strong analytical and financial skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Familiarity with import/export regulations - Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
