Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and material management functions for our building construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor networks, negotiation expertise, and a structured approach to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement aligned with project objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement plans in coordination with project and QS teams. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors for civil, finishing, and MEP works. Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal value and performance. Oversee preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders and Work Orders. Track procurement costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance metrics. Maintain transparent documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Generate periodic procurement MIS reports for management review. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement for building construction (residential, commercial, or institutional). Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and market dynamics. Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Tally ERP, Odoo, BuildSmart or equivalent). High integrity, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Success Indicators Procurement cost efficiency and budget adherence. On-time material availability across project sites. Vendor reliability, quality, and compliance standards.
