As a Procurement Executive in the IT industry based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role involves negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will be responsible for aligning procurement activities with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Tracking and maintaining data of Contracts PO, and ensuring timely reporting of the data. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and ensure seamless execution of purchasing activities. - Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, documentation, and supplier information. - Reviewing Contracts terms and applying the legality in the best interest of the organization. - Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures. - Managing the procurement budget. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Handling procurement issues and complaints. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement with an IT Software company. - Strong skills in detailing, data orientation, and data analysis. - Proficient in documentation management. - Future-driven and resourceful. - High on loyalty and integrity. - Sharp in basic understanding of legality applied in the procurement process. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Fast learner and highly adaptable. - Excellent communication skills.,
