Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Onshore stakeholders and building strong relationships with the client. Your role will involve managing the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting. Additionally, you will work with vendors/requestors as required, analyze discrepancies in the process, monitor key performance parameters, and ensure adherence to SLA. It will be your responsibility to initiate cross-training, create adequate backups, design training materials, and present month-end reports to the client. You must consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and facilitate continuous process improvements. Your goal will be to offer insights and recommendations for process improvements, demonstrate leadership qualities, and effectively plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Onshore stakeholders and build strong client relationships - Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting - Collaborate with vendors/requestors as necessary - Analyze and research discrepancies in the process - Monitor key performance parameters and ensure adherence to SLA - Initiate cross-training and create backups - Design training materials and present reports to the client - Identify and implement new ways to improve work quality and processes - Facilitate continuous process improvements - Offer insights and recommendations for efficiency improvements - Demonstrate leadership qualities - Plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory Additional Details: The preferred qualifications for this role include experience in Ariba, SAP, and Service Now. You should have a high level of computer proficiency, excellent MIS skills, and knowledge of new reporting tools like Power BI. Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation, self-initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential. You must prioritize making the client the focus of the business, exhibit strong communication and motivational skills, lead effectively in challenging environments, and plan and execute floor operations efficiently.,
