Role Overview As an E-Procurement Expert at Saharanpur Nagar Nigam, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing the entire bidding and tender preparation process within the Infrastructure/Urban development/Real estate sector. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with various contract models for projects executed with multiple implementation agencies. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage comprehensive Tender documents for infrastructure, urban development, and real estate projects. - Demonstrate proficiency in Bidding Process Management across various contract types such as Lump-Sum Contract, Percentage Rate Contract, Item Rate Contract, EPC Contract, and PPP Mode Contract. - Apply expertise in projects involving Building and multiple infrastructure sectors, especially those executed with multiple implementation agencies. - Successfully prepare and execute at least 3 projects showcasing competence in the required areas. Qualifications and Experience - Education: MBA with specialization in Finance/Infrastructure. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in preparing Tender documents in the Infrastructure/Urban development/Real estate sector. - Skills: Strong understanding of E-Procurement systems and processes implied by the job title.
