• Identify and source quality used cars from reliable dealers, auctions, and private sellers that align with financial and quality standards.
  
• Negotiate optimal prices, terms, and conditions to secure cost-effective purchases without compromising on vehicle quality.
  
• Manage and update the used car inventory to maintain a diverse and attractive selection for customers.
  
• Conduct continuous market research to stay informed on pricing trends, competitor activities, and vehicle availability.
  
• Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive deals.
  
• Collaborate with the inspection team to verify that all vehicles meet defined quality and performance standards before procurement.
  
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor details, preparing regular procurement reports for management.
  
• Monitor and control procurement budgets to achieve maximum savings while maintaining profitability.
  
• Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely and secure movement of vehicles from sellers to the outlet.
