Role Summary

The E-Procurement Expert will be responsible for managing the entire bidding and tender preparation process, ensuring compliance with various contract models within the Infrastructure/Urban development/Real estate sector, specifically for projects executed with the involvement of multiple implementation agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Bidding Management:

  Prepare and manage comprehensive

  Tender documents/DOCUMENTS

  for infrastructure, urban development, and real estate projects.

• Contract Proficiency:

  Demonstrate proficiency in

  Bidding Process Management

  across various contract types, including:

• Lump-Sum Contract

• Percentage Rate Contract

• Item Rate Contract

• EPC Contract

• PPP Mode Contract

• Project Execution:

  Apply expertise in projects involving Building and multiple infrastructure sectors, particularly those executed in a similar context where multiple implementation agencies are involved.

• Project Track Record:

  Successfully prepare/execute

  at least 3 projects

  demonstrating competence in the required areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:

  MBA

  with specialization in

  Finance / Infrastructure

  .

• Experience:

  A minimum of

  3-5 years

  experience in preparing

  Tender documents/DOCUMENTS

  in the

  Infrastructure/Urban development/Real estate sector

  .

• Skills:

  Strong understanding of E-Procurement systems and processes (implied by the job title).
