The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of ATS platforms. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing, delivering, and enhancing training programs that enable our team to excel in recruiting and staffing functions. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on the recruiting lifecycle and ATS usage. Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and real-life scenarios, to effectively teach new and existing employees. Assess and evaluate trainees' learning outcomes through tests, observations, and feedback sessions. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions, ensuring employees apply skills effectively in a practical environment. Collaborate with HR and recruitment leads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Coordinate and manage the deployment of training programs, ensuring smooth and efficient rollout. Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to address training needs and maintain a consistent training strategy. Qualifications Mandatory: At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience for the Process Trainer position, with knowledge of the complete recruiting lifecycle. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in on-the-job training (OJT). Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training deployment.
