• Senior operational role responsible for handling complex banking activities providing functional guidance to the team and ensuring high quality delivery with strong control and compliance focus
• Experience
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in US banking or similar roles
• Responsibilities
• Handle complex and critical banking transactions and exception cases
• Act as subject matter expert SME for assigned banking processes
• Guide and support Process Executives in day to day operations
• Perform root cause analysis for errors defects and operational risks
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and client requirements
• Review quality reports identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Support client interactions governance calls and internal reviews
• Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
• Maintain flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
• Required Skills Competencies
• Strong domain knowledge in banking operations
• In depth understanding of compliance controls and operational risk

• This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of retirement account processing data management compliance tracking and operational efficiency
• The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services operations Specifically in IRA products two or more services such as Revocations Recurring Distributions Recharacterization Form 5498 Corrections Decedent IRA s Conversions Processing ZREP 028 report Withholding Election Reminder Letters State Withholding Dashboard IRS refund return OPT IN Program and IRS Internal Revenue Service Report Record Keeping strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Experience
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in US banking IRA experience customer service or similar roles
• Responsibilities
• Review IRA transactions including contributions distributions rollovers transfers and beneficiary updates
• Serve as SME for IRA regulations IRS guidelines and client specific requirements
• Excellent problem solving and documentation skills
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring to Process Executives
• Collaborate with operations teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis for defects errors and compliance gaps
• Participate in client governance calls and operational reviews
• Ensure adherence to Infosys risk compliance and information security standards
• Work flexibly in rotational and night shifts
