Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Specialist located in Mumbai India. The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing training to team members as needed. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, monitoring workflow, implementing process improvements, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Process Improvement. Proven Customer Service skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively. Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency. Experience in Training and supporting team members to enhance their performance. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in the logistics- Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance industry is Mandatory.
