Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize MS Excel to create and manage complex data sets ensuring accuracy and reliability. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Assist in the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of process improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes. Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance process efficiency. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving process improvements that positively impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Qualifications Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel. Have a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments is a plus. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Show a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Have experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Show more Show less
