Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Customer Service (Mortgage) Foreclosure and Claim File & Service (Mortgage Loan). This is a night shift work-from-office role with no travel required. Responsibilities Oversee the processing and management of mortgage-related documents and claims. Ensure accurate and timely data entry using MS Excel for various mortgage processes. Provide exceptional customer service support for mortgage-related inquiries and issues. Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve mortgage processing workflows. Monitor and manage foreclosure processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle claim files and services related to mortgage loans with precision and attention to detail. Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report on mortgage data identifying trends and areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. Ensure all mortgage-related documentation is accurate complete and securely stored. Provide training and support to junior team members on mortgage processes and MS Excel usage. Contribute to the overall success of the B&L team by meeting or exceeding performance targets. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis. Have experience in customer service within the mortgage industry including handling inquiries and resolving issues. Demonstrate knowledge of foreclosure processes and regulatory compliance requirements. Show proficiency in managing claim files and services related to mortgage loans. Exhibit excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact with stakeholders. Display attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of mortgage processing. Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Be able to work effectively in a night shift work-from-office environment. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. Provide training and support to team members to enhance overall team performance. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry. Certifications Required Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) or equivalent certification preferred.
