Responsibilities:`
- Support the development of the employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Define/Redefine JD as per EVP across clusters and manage outreach on Job Portal, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Assist in creating brand assets that reflect company culture, values, and employee experience.
- Maintain and enhance employer profiles on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and AmbitionBox.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, job boards, etc.).
- Optimize job postings and career site content for SEO and candidate engagement.
- Manage paid media campaigns and track ROI across channels.
- Develop email marketing and nurture campaigns for passive candidates.
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with communication team to create compelling content (videos, infographics, blogs) to support hiring initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to promote employee stories and DEI initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or employer branding.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with recruitment platforms (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and optimization.
