Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and control expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of products and parts delivered by Alstom facilities, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across production, industrial, testing, and supply chain functions, engage with external stakeholders like calibration vendors, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of deploying self-inspection and workstation audit plans, as well as implementing digitalized control processes, but also lead quality animation methodology deployment in alignment with continuous improvement systems.We’ll look to you for:
- Performing inspections of subassemblies or finished products using standard physical, mechanical, or electrical measurements
- Driving root cause analysis and corrective action verification for industrial quality issues
- Promoting continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PFMEA
- Ensuring regular updates to process FMEA, control plans, and quality control plans
- Analyzing line-level data to improve industrial quality performance
- Documenting and reporting NCRs, KPIs, defects, and quality incidents
- Ensuring calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in inspections
- Supporting manufacturing teams with self-inspection processes and problem-solving tools
All About You

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Rolling stock experience preferred)
- Knowledge of welding and assembly processes
- Experience with quality tools like 8D methodology, PFMEA, and statistical process controlsFamiliarity with ISO 9001-2015 standardsSix Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFluency in English
- Agility, adaptability, and resilience to manage dynamic business needs
- Collaborative and persuasive mindset
