Process Improvement Engineer

Job Title: Process Improvement Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Business Analyst.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and process optimization skills to join our operations/engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving efficiencies and improvements across assembly and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement assembly line setups and optimize workstation layouts for productivity.
• Conduct Time and Motion Studies to reduce cycle times and improve output.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports on productivity, downtime, OEE, and resource utilization.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Apply Lean Management principles to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
• Work on Six Sigma projects to improve process capability and consistency.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Support in SOP creation, KPI monitoring, and workflow mapping for continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• MIS Reporting (Excel, ERP, Power BI preferred)
• Time & Motion Study
• Lean & Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
• Process Automation Tools / Techniques
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience in Manufacturing or Assembly Line Setups is a must
• Data Analytics / Dashboard Reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/process industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, Chat GPT, AI Tools is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
