Process Engineer Customer Support
Location: Taloja, MaharashtraDepartment: Customer SupportEmployee Type: StaffJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Process Engineer Customer Support to provide technical assistance, process optimization, and after-sales support for our clients. The role requires strong process engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first technical point of contact for customers regarding product/process-related issues.Analyze customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions.Support customers in process optimization, trials, and implementation.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to resolve escalations.Document case histories, feedback, and prepare technical reports for continuous improvement.Conduct product demonstrations, customer trainings, and on-site visits when required.Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.Contribute to developing knowledge base and FAQs for customer self-service.Qualifications & Skills:B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering or related field.3 - 6 years of experience in process engineering, customer support, or application engineering.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
