Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our glass manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and technologies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
Proven experience in process engineering or a related field, with a focus on customer support.
Strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies, such as CAD design and simulation tools.
