Job Title: Process Coordinator Location: Park Street Key Responsibilities: * Production Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of orders. * Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards. * Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring finished products meet design specifications and customer requirements. * Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow across all stages of production. * Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials, fabrics, trims, and finished goods inventory; ensure optimal stock levels to avoid production delays. * Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and resolve any supply chain issues. * Production Scheduling: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of orders. * Reporting: Maintain and present reports on production efficiency, progress, and challenges to senior management. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing unit. * Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). * Cost Control: Track production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality.
