Process Coordinator

As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the internal workflow from Order confirmation to Delivery, Requisition to Purchase, Purchase to Payments & other Checklists of all employees. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Operations Team and ensure the smooth flow of orders through production and dispatch. The primary job is to accelerate & push through any delayed tasks throughout the organization & escalate in case of any critical bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

 Order Workflow Management: Coordinate the internal order processing, from confirmation through to dispatch and delivery.

 Production & Dispatch Coordination: Liaise between production teams, ensuring orders are completed and dispatched on time.

 Tracking & Reporting: Monitor order progress and provide regular status updates to the Customer Service Manager and clients as needed.

 Checklist Management: Maintain and review daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checklists of Employees to ensure alignment between planned and actual activities and make sure that the tasks aligned to the checklist are done one time.

Desired Profile:

 Experience: 6 months to 1 year in courier/logistics coordination, order processing or supply chain roles are preferred.

 Freshers with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Data Entry

 Good Communication and Organizational skills.

 Attention to detail and multitask.

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Arts or management background would be an added advantage)
