We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an airline customer support process. The role involves assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, itinerary details, and general service queries. Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and handle customers professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound)

Rotational shifts
One-side cab provided during odd-hour shifts
