Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

• Generate invoices based on approved service data, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Validate all billing details to ensure correctness in quantity, rate, tax, and customer information.
• Upload and submit invoices through internal systems or client billing portals.
• Ensure invoices are processed and dispatched within defined turnaround time (TAT).

Billing Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, sales, and operations to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients or vendors to clarify billing-related queries and ensure smooth payment cycles.
• Track and follow up on invoice approvals and payment statuses.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of all invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and audit requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with reconciliation reports.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing status reports and MIS dashboards.
• Analyze billing trends, identify inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Provide input for automation or digitization of billing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in

  Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  .
• 1-6 years of experience in

  invoicing, billing operations, or accounts payable

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

  .
• Preferred knowledge of

  Power BI

  or

  Tableau

  for reporting and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
