About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Private Equity – Buy Side Investment Team. The role requires full-cycle ownership of private market transactions — from deal sourcing and evaluation to execution, portfolio monitoring, and value creation.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing investment platform and work closely with senior leadership, investment committees, and industry stakeholders.

Deal Evaluation & Execution

• Source, screen, and evaluate private investment opportunities aligned with the fund strategy.
• Build detailed valuation and financial models (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions).
• Drive and coordinate business, financial, and legal due diligence with internal and external partners.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos, insights, and recommendations for IC discussions.

Portfolio & Value Creation

• Monitor portfolio company performance through key metrics, financial reviews, and market updates.
• Support value creation initiatives, operational improvements, and exit planning.

Research & Market Intelligence

• Conduct sectoral, competitive, and thematic research to identify emerging opportunities.
• Track industry movements, regulatory updates, and market trends to support investment strategy.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Liaise with founders, promoters, bankers, consultants, and advisors for smooth deal execution.
• Assist in preparing investor updates, including quarterly and annual reports with performance and valuation insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (Level II/III preferred).
• Experience: 3–8 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical assessment.
• Strong exposure to deal execution and portfolio monitoring.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High levels of integrity, strategic thinking, and collaborative mindset.
