Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Private Equity team in Hyderabad, working in US shift or night shift with the option of working from office. Your role may vary based on your experience level and position as SME, TL, TM, or SDM. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Private Equity, Geneva/Investran, Fund Accounting, Waterfall Calculation, Capital Markets, NAV Calculations, Management Fee, and Hedge Fund accounting. - Handle Private Equity Investor Reporting, Capital Calls, Distribution, and preparation of Financial Statements. - Manage Private Equity/Credit Fund Accounting, PCAPs/Capital Calls/Distributions, Accruals, NAV Preparation/Recon and Reporting, Workpaper packages, Waterfall/Management Fees, Investor and Investment Accounting. Qualification Required: - B.Com, M.Com/MBA Finance, CA-Inter, or CMA-Inter. - You should have 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in Private Equity. - Immediate joiner to 1-month notice period is preferred.
