Bridge Technologies Lead the technical strategy for integrating Sitecore JSS Headless Services Experience Edge with modern frontend frameworks ensuring seamless user experiences

Champion Best Practices Set and uphold high standards for frontend development API integration and headless CMS architectures making sure the team delivers robust and reliable solutions

Collaborate Communicate Work closely with business stakeholders product owners and cross functional teams to turn business needs into practical effective technical solutions

Own Delivery Oversee the entire solution delivery process from technical documentation and code reviews to quality assurance ensuring every detail meets expectations

Mentor Inspire Guide development teams sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of innovation learning and technical excellence

Safeguard Standards Make sure all solutions comply with accessibility security and regulatory requirements so every user has a safe and inclusive experience

Stay Ahead Keep an eye on emerging technologies recommending new tools and strategies to continually enhance our digital platforms

Enable Deployment Support DevOps and cloud deployment strategies helping the team deliver headless applications efficiently and reliably

Required Skills Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles

Extensive hands-on experience with NextJS React and modern JavaScript Typescript frameworks

Proven expertise in architecting and delivering headless UI solutions for enterprise clients

Exposure to Sitecore CMS including Sitecore Headless Services JSS or Experience Edge

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs GraphQL and integration patterns

Experience with cloud platforms Azure AWS GCP and CICD pipelines

Deep knowledge of web accessibility performance optimization and SEO best practices

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience in Agile Scrum environments and enterprise digital transformation projects
