Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership:

• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum as per CBSE norms.

• Ensure proper lesson planning, assessment, and student performance tracking.
• Supervise the integration of technology into classrooms.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage day-to-day school operations, including academic and non-academic functions.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching and support staff.
• Ensure school compliance with CBSE regulations and government policies.
• Oversee examinations, board registrations, and other statutory responsibilities.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Set and communicate the school’s vision, mission, and values.
• Lead school development plans in line with academic and extracurricular growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Represent the school in public forums, CBSE meetings, and educational events.

Student & Parent Engagement:

• Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being.
