Role Overview: Birla Open Minds International School, Bangalore is seeking a Principal with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the education sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. As the Principal, you will play a crucial role in providing visionary academic and administrative leadership to the school, ensuring the effective implementation of the institution's vision, mission, and curriculum framework. Your leadership will drive innovation in teaching methodologies, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and oversee various school activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership. - Ensure effective implementation of the school's vision, mission, and curriculum framework. - Lead, mentor, and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff for academic excellence. - Drive innovation in teaching methodologies and learning outcomes. - Maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and management. - Ensure compliance with educational regulations and affiliation board requirements. - Oversee admissions, marketing, and community outreach activities. Qualifications: - Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed/M.Ed required). - Proven experience as a Principal or Head of School in a reputed institution. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A progressive mindset with a passion for holistic child development.
