About the Role

The School Principal will be responsible for leading academics while managing day-to-day school operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure high academic standards, smooth daily functioning of the school, disciplined operations, and a safe, student-centric learning environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject.

B.Ed. mandatory; M.Ed. preferred.

10+ years of experience in school education with 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Strong exposure to both academics and school operations.

Experience working in K–12 school setups.
