Position: Principal Location: On-Site, India Role Responsibilities Lead and oversee project teams to deliver high-quality results. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. Foster strong client relationships to enhance business opportunities. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for cohesive project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage resource allocation effectively across projects. Identify risks and developing mitigation strategies. Present project updates and strategic recommendations to management. Research and implement innovative solutions to improve processes. Act as a key decision maker for project-related activities. Organize workshops and training sessions for staff development. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). Experience in business development and client management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience in staff training and development.
