Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Principal to lead academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum, mentor staff, and foster a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and academic planning
• Implement ICSE curriculum effectively up to Grade 6
• Supervise and support teachers and staff
• Maintain discipline and a child-friendly environment
• Build strong relationships with parents and the community
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with school norms

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience; 2+ years in school leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with ICSE curriculum preferred
