In this role as a School Principal, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the implementation of NEP-aligned curriculum with a focus on integrated academics and competitive preparation. - Promoting inquiry-based learning, innovation, and excellence in teaching. - Managing day-to-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and school infrastructure. - Coordinating with Physics Wallahs central academic and operations teams. - Leading recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers. - Fostering a culture of continuous professional development. - Overseeing academic, co-curricular, and character-building initiatives. - Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students. - Building strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community. - Maintaining transparency through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. Qualifications required for this role: - Masters Degree (preferably in Education/Science/Mathematics/English). - B.Ed. or equivalent degree is mandatory. Experience needed: - Minimum 15-20 years in the education sector with at least 7-10 years in a leadership role.
