Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Client Impact
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and designing innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects ensuring outcomes align with client objectives and firm goals.
- Drive relationship management with CXO-level stakeholders and ensure long-term client partnerships.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively recommend solutions, and strengthen the firm’s position as a trusted partner.
- P&L and Business Ownership
- Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L for your practice area or portfolio, ensuring healthy margins, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
- Develop annual business plans and financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Track utilization, billing efficiency, and profitability metrics across projects.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure commercial success through repeat and referral business.
- Project Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee execution of multiple projects, providing direction and quality oversight to project leads and senior consultants.
- Ensure structured delivery with defined scope, timelines, and performance standards.
- Review outputs for analytical depth, clarity, and strategic alignment before client delivery.
- Lead closure discussions, ensuring value realization and smooth transition to next-phase engagements.
- Business Development & Practice Growth
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand service offerings and strengthen market presence.
- Support pre-sales efforts by shaping winning proposals and delivering impactful client presentations.
- Contribute to brand-building through publications, webinars, and industry events.
- People Leadership & Capability Building
- Coach and mentor Senior Consultants and Project Managers, guiding them in delivery excellence, client handling, and business accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation within teams.
- Lead capability-building initiatives, develop frameworks, and refine consulting methodologies.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: B.E/B.Tech and MBA (or equivalent) from reputed institutions.
- Experience: 12–15 years in consulting, strategy, or business transformation, with proven leadership and client-facing experience.
- Expertise: Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and business problem-solving ability.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage P&L, and deliver business outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and client deliverables.
- Business Orientation: Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.
