Location: PAN INDIA

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire

Work Mode: Work From Office

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Assist in the development updating and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 MS Project or similar software

Support the Planning Engineer or Project Controls Manager in creating work breakdown structures WBS and activity coding

Assist with the generation of weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and performance metrics eg SPI CPI

Collaborate with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to collect data for schedule updates

Maintain schedule related documentation and support audits and reviews

Collaborate with L3 support engineers to address technical issues in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering construction management or a related technical field

5 years of experience in planning scheduling in Primavera P6 preferably within the oil and gas or heavy industrial sectors

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required knowledge of MS Excel Power BI and other planning tools is a plus

Familiarity with project phases in the oil and gas industry Conceptual FEED EPC and Commissioning

Understanding of project management principles and earned value management EVM

Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills

Desirable Skills

Certification or coursework in project management e.g. PMP PSP or equivalent

Experience in offshore or onshore oil gas projects

Ability to work in a multicultural team and under tight deadlines

Knowledge of cost control and integration with schedule planning

Fluent in speaking English and Hindi

Working Conditions

Office based with potential site visits as required First 6 months debuted at Gurgaon customer place post to that the candidate will be working at Bina,MP

Must be willing to work extended hours or shifts depending on project timelines

Exposure to a high paced and demanding project environment
