Pricing Manager

• Ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of all pricing deliverables produced by the team.
• Lead the intake process and shared service line for pricing and pricing related requests.
• Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives from ideation to implementation, including modeling, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market coordination.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with our goals and customer needs.
• You will design and implement scalable pricing processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making.
• You will align resources, set timelines and drive cadences to deliver outcomes for the Pricing organization.
• Communicate key pricing insights, and outcomes to executive stakeholders. Influence pricing decisions by using data and logic.
• You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts in pricing methodology, including experimentation, segmentation, and automation.
• Manage & develop the pricing analyst team; provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
• Prioritize workstreams based on urgency, value, and team capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 12 years in a people management role.
• Analytical and modeling skills with intermediate proficiency in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience managing or contributing to pricing initiatives in SaaS, technology, or product-based businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable conveying technical and strategic ideas to non-technical audiences..

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or CPQ platforms.
• Experience using JIRA as a project management/tracking tool.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Prior experience building shared service functions or centralized pricing teams.
• Exposure to global pricing strategy or working with geographically distributed teams.
