Role Overview: As a Team Lead - Inside Sales , you will directly manage a group of inside sales executives, ensuring they meet their daily and monthly targets. You will act as a bridge between managers and the sales team, driving execution while mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to meet individual and team KPIs. Manage the pre sales representatives team. Oversee daily lead qualification, call volumes, and meeting scheduling activities. Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and objection handling. Collaborate with the manager to address process inefficiencies and implement changes. Set and track sales targets for your team. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement. Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met. Build an open-communication environment for your team. Audit to be done for pitch modification and improvements. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inside sales with demonstrated team leadership skills. Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities. Proficiency in using CRMs and familiarity with data-driven sales processes. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
