Presales Specialist - Network Solutioning

As a Technical Solution Architect at Vegayan, your role involves designing comprehensive technical solutions using Vegayan's network software products, with a focus on network management and automation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing technical solutions that highlight the value propositions and competitive advantages of Vegayan's products. - Acting as the technical expert in external customer meetings with Network operators and system integrators. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to customize solutions based on customer requirements, especially in network planning and design. - Leading customer meetings by conducting product demonstrations and showcasing the unique selling points of the solutions. - Analyzing customer proposal requests (RFP) and functional requirements to align solutions with customer needs. - Preparing technical documentation such as scope of work (SoW), business requirements (BRD), and user acceptance (UAT). - Developing customer engagement strategies to address planning, automation, and advanced solution needs. - Designing and managing marketing collateral including product brochures, case studies, white papers, and web content. In terms of technical knowledge, you should have a strong understanding of communication networks, telecom technologies (IP/MPLS, L2/L3 services, Optical transport, GPON, RAN), network services design, and experience in SDN, network telemetry, and automation technologies. Familiarity with OSS/BSS stack and server IT systems is highly desirable, along with experience in Telecom operator planning/design or OEM Presales/solutioning. Additionally, you are expected to possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with both external and internal customers. Being proficient in creating impactful presentations with clear messaging is essential. You should also be confident in presenting value propositions and product demos to senior executives and demonstrate a go-getter attitude with a focus on result-oriented deliveries under tight deadlines.
