Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders related to CCTV, surveillance, and security systems.
Ensure timely download, study, and submission of tender documents.
Prepare bid checklists, compliance matrices, and submission schedules.
Maintain 100% compliance with tender requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of latest CCTV technologies and government
security mandates.
Maintain a bid tracker (submitted, won, lost, reasons for loss).
Report weekly/monthly status of tenders, submissions, and pipeline.
Provide win/loss analysis to management for improving future bids.
Manage bid preparations from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality tenders.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to gather requirements and develop compelling tender documents.
Conduct thorough analysis of government tenders on Gem portal and other relevant platforms to identify potential opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
