Presales Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Engineer/Sr. Presales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical estimations, creating quotations, participating in tenders, and developing winning proposals. Your role will involve bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions to ensure the accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness of all client-facing documents. As a Presales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include working closely with the sales team to identify and qualify customer opportunities, understanding client requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. You will be required to deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proof of concepts, as well as liaise between the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment. Additionally, you will support in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and technical documents while staying updated with industry trends, product updates, and competitors. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in providing feedback to the product teams based on customer insights. This position requires a thorough understanding of sales and presales processes, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Bangalore, Karnataka area and be willing to work in person on a full-time basis during day shifts.
