Presales Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations that align with client needs and company standards. Your duties will involve assisting in selecting suitable products and technologies for Home Automation and Home Theater systems, collaborating with the sales team to analyze client requirements, and working closely with the project management team for seamless project handover. Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation of all presales activities, including designs, quotations, and client communications. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and competitive quotations reflecting client needs and budget - Assist in selecting appropriate products and technologies for client requirements - Collaborate with the sales team to analyze client needs for Home Automation and Home Theater systems - Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project handover - Maintain detailed documentation of all presales activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field - Proven experience in a presales or technical role - Strong understanding of Home Automation systems, including lighting, audio, video, security, and networking (Optional) - Proficiency in design software (Autocad) and tools for creating system layouts and predesigns - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical clients Please note that candidates from Ernakulam location are preferred for this position.
