Role Description

👉 Product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable access control & biometric solutions
• Prepare technical presentations, BOQs, and proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams
• Support tender documentation and pre-bid queries

Qualifications

• Experience in Presales, with strong abilities to engage with potential customers and support the sales cycle.
• Knowledge of Access Control, biometrics and Identity Management.
• Proficiency in understanding system integration processes to meet client-specific requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiarity with biometric technologies and third-party hardware integrations is an advantage.
• A proactive approach and ability to adapt to evolving technological trends and client needs.
