Presales Engineer

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations that align with the client's needs and budget, while also ensuring adherence to company standards. Your duties will involve assisting in selecting suitable products and technologies to fulfill client requirements, particularly in the areas of Home Automation and Home Theater systems. Collaboration with the sales team will be a key aspect of your work, as you will be expected to gather and analyze client requirements effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure a seamless transition of projects from the presales phase to implementation. It is imperative that you maintain detailed documentation of all presales activities, including designs, quotations, and client communications. To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Previous experience in a presales or technical role is required. A solid understanding of Home Automation systems, encompassing lighting, audio, video, security, and networking, would be beneficial but is optional. Proficiency in design software such as Autocad and other tools utilized for creating system layouts and predesigns is essential. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be required to convey complex technical concepts to clients who may not have a technical background. Candidates located in Ernakulam are preferred for this role.
