As a Presales Support Executive at Inventrax, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Thoroughly researching potential clients to understand their pain points and identify specific needs. - Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements. - Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of the product or service. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and effective communication. - Working closely with other teams, such as delivery and marketing, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation. - Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation, as well as responding to Website Sales IQ chats. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Qualifications: - MBA graduate preferred. - Background in sales, marketing, or presales. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Experience in B2B IT Sales or manufacturing industry is a plus. - 1+ year of relevant experience is preferred.
