Role Description We are actively searching for an experienced and highly organized ICT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of complex projects, specializing in Structured Cabling Solutions . You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring defined budget, timeline, and scope objectives are met. Specialized Expertise: Lead projects with a minimum of 4 years experience in structured cabling solutions (UTP / Fiber / Riser Cabling) and a deep understanding of BICSI standards . ICT Delivery: Provide service delivery support for various customer ICT projects (LAN, WAN, Voice, Surveillance & Security, etc.). Resource & Team Leadership: Prioritize assignments, manage project resources, and act as a trouble-shooter to resolve issues and conflicting requirements. Effectively lead and guide the project team to execute tasks within all constraints. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain a complete understanding of the Bill of Materials (BOM) for IT infrastructure. Monitor and present clear project updates to relevant stakeholders and clients. Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Graduate / BTech / Engineering qualification or equivalent industry track record. Experience: Proven track record with multiple structured cabling projects . Business Acumen: Strong skills in project planning, management, and understanding the Project Management Life Cycle. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. Good To Have Certification: Project management certification ( PMP / Prince II ). Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of UTP / OFC components and accessories. Compliance: Readiness to provide a police clearance certificate.
