Presales Engineer

Our company offers comprehensive turnkey solutions for Fire Detection, Fire Hydrant, and Fire Extinguishers catering to Industrial and Commercial market segments. As a Pre-Sales Engineer for CCTV and Access Control Systems at Fire Systems Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for providing technical support, presales assistance, sales support, integration of fire safety products, and ensuring security compliance. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Your role will be pivotal in guiding the sales process through expert technical knowledge, solution design, and client engagement. Your qualifications should include technical support and integration skills, presales and sales experience, knowledge of security protocols, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and preferably experience in the Fire & Safety industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position. Your technical expertise should encompass in-depth knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems. You should be adept at identifying the most optimal solution stack based on RFPs and specifications, particularly focusing on Smart City CCTV Solution Design and Smart Buildings CCTV & Access Solution Design. Collaborating with sales teams, you will design, configure, and quote system solutions that align with client requirements and project constraints. In your role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and clients, attending client meetings and site visits to assess requirements and provide expert insights. You will support the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and system designs, as well as maintain technical documentation. Your responsibilities will also include costing analysis, training & development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.E. in any electrical, industrial, or instrumentation stream, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role, specifically focusing on CCTV and Access Control systems. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with certifications from various CCTV & Access Control OEMs.,
