Position Summary:

This role is responsible for designing tailored solutions, presenting technical demonstrations, and ensuring that client infrastructure and implementation needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client infrastructure and requirements to propose optimized software solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and live product demonstrations.
• Develop implementation and installation strategies for smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to support client engagement and proposal development.
• Provide post-demo technical clarifications and assist in RFP responses.
• Maintain technical knowledge on software updates and new product features.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of successful demos leading to proposal submission
• Demo-to-deal conversion ratio
• Customer satisfaction and feedback post-demonstration
• Quality and accuracy of solution design documents

Required Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of healthcare software, hospital workflows, and IT integration
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Collaboration and teamwork across sales and development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
